As the High Net Worth Individual (HNI) Sales Analyst/Associate, your responsibilities include identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, affluent families, and private clients. This role involves conducting in-depth financial analysis and needs assessments to understand the investment objectives and risk profiles of HNI clients. Additionally, preparing customized investment proposals, presentations, and recommendations to address the unique financial goals and preferences of individual clients. Furthermore, coordinating with the portfolio manager and investment specialists to develop tailored investment solutions and strategies for HNI clients. Leverage strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and financial acumen to provide exceptional service and advice to HNI clients, while helping to drive business growth and achieve sales targets for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute own sales strategy to identify High Net worth Individuals (HNIs)
- Recommend appropriate investment products to HNIs
- Understand competitors’ products and services to be able to counter resistance from prospects
- Ensure sales reports are sent on time
- Effectively use technology to win clients
- Support team members to ensure Organizational goals are met
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum BA/BSc (2nd Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit)
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing Investment Products in Nigeria
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian capital and money markets
- Experience doing digital marketing for a Fintech company is desirable
- SEC sponsored individual status will be an advantage
- A self-starter with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English language
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word
