Dr Biodun Adedipe, Ph.D. Economics.
CHAIRMAN
Dr Biodun Adedipe is an accomplished trainer in the Nigerian banking and finance industry and non-financial organizations with over 40 years of post-graduate work experience. He has been a highly sought-after analyst and commentator on Government budgets and economic policies over the last 30 years. He is a member of Professional Bodies and Associations such as the Nigeria Economic Society (Life Member), the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered Member), the American Economic Association (Member), the Institute of Directors, Nigeria (Member), the Institute of Management Consultants (Fellow), the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (Honorary Fellow) and the Association of Risk Management Professionals (Honorary Fellow and Risk Management Ambassador).
He served on the Presidential Committee of Experts on the Redenomination of the Naira in November 2008, as well as on a Federal Government Committee of Experts to review and advise on the persistent problem of bloated Recurrent Expenditure during October 2010 to March 2011.
He was the Senior Special Assistant to the President (Financial Sector Development), deployed to serve in the Office of the Chief Economic Adviser to the President during March to May 2011.

Mrs. Olufunke Oluseyi Aiyepola is a Trust Practitioner with over thirty-five (35) years of post-qualification expertise in banking and trust services. She is also a 2008 MBA graduate of Lagos Business School. She is a Council Member of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers of Nigeria and Council Member of the Nigeria-British Chamber of Commerce. Olufunke was the Chairperson of the Training Committee of the Association of Corporate Trustees and a Director of UBN Insurance Brokers Ltd. She has contributed immensely to the development of trust services in the Financial Services Industry in general and the Nigerian Capital Market.
Mr Stephen Igwenwanne, MBA, BSc., CWMP, ACIM.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Seasoned investment professional with over 20 years’ experience spanning institutional, private wealth, and retail asset management. Currently the Managing Director of UTL Asset Management Ltd, with a proven record of delivering tailored investment strategies, growing AUM, and leading high-performing teams across client segments.
Prior to this role, he served at ARM Investment Managers Ltd, where he was Head of Institutional Asset Management, overseeing large-scale mandates and bespoke portfolio solutions for corporate and public sector clients. Before that, he was Regional Business Head for the South-South and South-East, leading private wealth and retail asset management activities and driving market expansion in key regions.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Investment (Ahmadu Bello University), a master’s in marketing and Sales (Rome Business School), and a BSc in Accountancy (Delta State University). A Certified Wealth Management Professional (CWMP) and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
Expert in investment advisory, multi-asset portfolio construction, client relationship management, and strategic distribution, with a deep understanding of Nigeria’s evolving financial landscape.
